Why this verdict
Ordinary Philippine passport holders remain in Türkiye's visa-required bucket for the normal tourist case. The e-Visa is only a narrower shortcut for travellers who already hold certain qualifying third-country visas or residence permits.

Up to 30 days. Eligible travellers can obtain a 30-day single-entry Turkish e-Visa. The qualifying third-country visa or residence permit must still be valid on the date of entry, and e-Visas issued by those supporting countries do not count.
